We are an Online Internet Store and therefore require orders to be made via our website. Once you have set up an account you then login to this account each time you shop. Using an account enables us to track your order history and keep you in touch with new products, competitions etc.

We also have a Wish List facility on our shopping cart where you can keep track of the products you’d like to buy.

PAYMENT OPTIONS --- AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Retail: - We currently only accept Credit Card via PayPal for goods purchased. 

Minimum order is $10 excluding postage and handling.

Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $8.00.   Orders over $100 (excluding postage & handling) will be posted free of charge.    Orders containing albums may require further postal charges due to the weight of the items.

 Wholesale:- We accept Direct Deposit for goods purchased. 

All prices are in Australia dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian GST.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS - PAYPAL

The credit cards we accept as payment are VISA and MASTERCARD which are processed through the Paypal service. This is an encrypted server through a third party, which allows complete privacy of your transactions. Please accept the Paypal option during checkout to pay by credit card.

** Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners credit cards.

POSTAGE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are charged at a flat rate of $25.00 Australian and will be shipped by Australia Post or Courier.  Orders containing albums may require further postal charges due to the weight of the items.

OUT OF STOCK POLICY

Our website is frequently being updated and we attempt to ensure all advertised items are in stock.  However, if a product is likely to be out of stock for only a few days before new supplies arrive, or there is a high demand for a product, it is possible that an ordered product will not be in stock when your order is processed.  If this is the case we will either,

• Hold your order until the end of our normal 3 day processing time if new stock is expected within that period.  Payment will not be processed until the order is finalized

     Or

• If new stock cannot be secured within our normal 3 day processing time, we will process and dispatch the rest of the order and charge only for the supplied product.  You will have to reorder your out of stock items.
• Please note that we do not hold backorders.

TRUE COLOURS

Customers should be aware that the colour of images, paper and products displayed on this site and viewed on your computer may not be exactly the same as the original product.  Every effort is taken to display images in as true a colour as possible but even then the images displayed on your screen may prove to be different.
